City travel to the City Ground looking for their first point and first goal of the season before the long international break.
Pressers
Frank Lampard's Press Conference
"Frank Lampard addresses the recent cup match, discusses current squad injuries including Orel and Tatsuhiro Sakamoto, and explains the challenges of integrating new players. Looking ahead to the Nottingham Forest fixture, the manager touches on the upcoming extended international break and the squad's preparation for tactical transitions."

City Team News
Another week, another complete guess as to what players line up and in what formation, although we weren't far away with the Vile line up.
With Amenda the Defender injured SFL could go to a back 4 or maybe Mfuni will make up a back 3. Torp could get a start after looking better than everyone else on Wednesday and his free kick won't have done his claims any harm.
Another question is whether SFL will drop Grimes or Onyeka or sit them in front of the back line up again, leaving EMC, Torp and Rudoni in front. SFL bigged up Grimes in the prematch presser so you would think he would be starting.
Then there's the question of who goes up front. Will Simms come in from the cold with Forest old boy Awoniyi suspended or will he give Cherif another start?
So many questions for SFL to answer.
Forest Team News
Nicolò Savona is definitely out injured whilst Nikola Milenkovic and Jair Cunha are doubts and missed the win at Villa. Other than that Forest have no concerns.
Player Links
Taiwo Awoniyi is the only current player in either squad to play for both teams. There's plenty of other players who have played for both. Stuart Pearce is probably the most well known who left City for just £300k in 1985 and then played for Forest for 12 years. Others include Ian Wallace who moved to Forest from City for what was then a massive fee in 1980 - £1.25 million.
City stalwarts Gary McSheffrey and Marcus Hall spent time at Forest. Then theres the likes of Danny Fox, Eoin Jess, Larry Lloyd, Carlton Palmer, Elliott Ward, Robert Rosario, Ian Butterworth, Darren Huckerby, Gary Bannister, George Boateng and Dave Phillips.
LAST Prediction
Forest haven't scored at home in the league yet this season and we haven't scored at all so I'm not expecting a goal fest. At this point I'd probably take a 0-0 but lets be more positive and go for 1-1.
LAST Prediction : 1-1
Huwligan* Prediction: 0-1 to City
ChatGTP Prediction : 1-1 "Forest 1–0 up → Coventry stay in the game rather than collapsing → Coventry equalise in the second half via Brandon Thomas-Asante."
Prediction: Forest 1–1 Coventry.
And I'll go Brandon Thomas-Asante for Coventry's goal.
* "Huwligan" is Huw, 7 1/2 year old son of Greg "Sweet of the Match" from LAST 1.0. More to come from him, believe me!
