The small print, clearly. LAST (letsallsingtogether.com) is an independent, non-commercial fan project built by Coventry City supporters for Coventry City supporters. This page sets out what that means in practice.
1. Not affiliated with Coventry City FC
LAST is not operated, endorsed, licensed by, or associated with Coventry City Football Club, Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Ltd, the English Football League, the Premier League, or any of their affiliates, sponsors, or partners. Any views expressed here or appearing in aggregated third-party content do not represent the club's views.
2. Trademarks and intellectual property
"Coventry City", "Sky Blues", the Coventry City crest, and all related names, logos, and imagery are the trademarks and intellectual property of Coventry City Football Club and their respective owners. Competition names ("Championship", "Premier League", etc.) are trademarks of the EFL and Premier League respectively. Broadcaster names and logos (BBC Sport, Sky Sports, The Guardian, CoventryLive, etc.) are the trademarks of their respective publishers. We use these names on LAST solely to identify the teams, competitions, and sources being referenced — this is nominative fair use, not an implied endorsement.
3. News articles and images
LAST aggregates publicly-published RSS feeds. For each article we display only the headline, a short summary, the original publication time, the name of the source, and an outbound link to the original page. We do not reproduce full article bodies. We do not store, cache, or re-host article images on our servers — the news grid is deliberately image-free. All copyright in the aggregated articles remains with the original publisher.
4. YouTube videos
Videos shown on LAST are embedded via YouTube's official embed player and linked directly to the original channel on youtube.com. Thumbnails are served by YouTube/Google. We never download, re-upload, or re-host video content. All rights to the videos remain with their original creators. If you are a channel owner and would prefer not to be featured, please get in touch and we will remove the channel from our aggregation list.
5. Match data
League table, fixtures, and results data are retrieved from football-data.org under their free-tier API. Raw sporting facts (standings, scores, kick-off times) are not protected by copyright in the UK/EU (Football Dataco v Yahoo, CJEU 2012) or the US (Feist v. Rural, 1991). Attribution to football-data.org is displayed prominently wherever their data appears. Club crests provided by their API are deliberately not displayed to respect club trademarks.
6. No advertising, no data collection
LAST is a non-commercial fan project. We do not run advertising, we do not sell user data, and we do not place tracking cookies beyond the minimum required for the site to function. No account is required; we do not know who you are.
7. DMCA / takedown requests
If you are a rights-holder and believe content on LAST infringes your rights, we will act promptly to remove or alter the content in question. Please email admin@letsallsingtogether.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark, (b) the specific URL on LAST where it appears, (c) a statement that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder, and (d) a reply-to email we can reach you on. We aim to respond within two working days and take down or alter genuinely infringing content within seven days.
8. Social media wall
The #PUSB social wall links to public posts on Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Bluesky. We do not download, copy, cache, or re-host the posts themselves — every card carries a click-through to the original post on its home network. Platform names and logos are shown only as a category label (nominative fair use), not as a claim of endorsement or partnership. If you are the author of a post and want it removed from the wall, email admin@letsallsingtogether.com and we will remove the link within 48 hours.
9. Satire, parody, and AI-generated content
This website regularly features comedic commentary, memes, caricatures, and artificial-intelligence (AI) generated imagery regarding public figures, football players, and media brands. All such content is intended strictly as creative parody under the UK's fair-dealing exceptions for caricature, parody, and pastiche (Section 30A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).
These satirical works do not state or imply real-world facts, do not represent genuine photography, and are in no way authorised, sponsored, or endorsed by any featured individuals, clubs, or media corporations. If you are a copyright holder or representative of a public figure and have an issue with any hosted creative parody, please contact our administration directly at admin@letsallsingtogether.com for immediate review.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. LAST is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
