Wow, its 40 years since that glorious 1986/87 FA Cup winning season.

To celebrate, we'd like to make an archive of everyones memories. However big, however small and not just of the big games later on in the competition. Going back to a snowy Saturday January 10th 1987 3rd round against Bolton right up to the celebrations and packed open top bus parade on Sunday 17th May 1987.

Please send us a message via the contact form. If you aren't old enough to remember then now is the time to go and talk to the people who were! Lets get as many memories preserved forever as we can. If anyone has any photos of the time we'd love to share them on the page.

We will relive the season on the correct dates, so the first archive will drop on Sunday January 10th 2027 with any memories or photos of the Bolton game. That may sound a long way away but please get them in as soon as you can.
